Where are you located?
We are based in Ararat, Victoria, and mostly service the Western region, though we are able to travel if needed (travel fees apply).
How do I book?
You may contact us directly through the form provided at the bottom of this page, send us a message on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or phone us any time during business hours. All bookings must be confirmed over the phone, regardless of how you contact us, and as early as possible (preferably at least a week before the date of the shoot). Please indicate a time that you are available for us to call you in your initial message.
What payment options do you offer?
We support card payments and PayPal. Cash will only be accepted in certain circumstances. Payment must be made in full before the day of the shoot.
How long does a shoot take?
If you have paid for an hour shoot, you will get a full hour in front of the camera, and so on. Hair and makeup or wardrobe changes may be included in this time, depending on the shoot arrangements. If a shoot is ended early by the client, no refund will be given for the remaining time.
What do I need to wear or bring with me to a shoot?
This is all highly dependant on the type of shoot, the weather on the day, ec. It's impossible to cover every possibility, but we will send you some helpful information when you make your booking.
Will I get to see my photos on the day?
Usually not, but you may get a sneak peek or two if there's time. Bear in mind that viewing photos on the back of the camera will usually not give you an accurate representation of the final result. Arrangements can be made to view the photos on the day, but this will be on a case-by-case basis.
When will I get my photos?
You'll have access to your photos no more than 4 weeks after the date/s of the shoot (though the average is much sooner than that). If you need your photos by a certain date, please let us know when making your booking.
